Private Beta Agreement

These Terms are effective September 1, 2026 for invited private-beta families. The legal operator identity, public contact information, governing law, and final dispute terms remain required before public release.

Parent-Managed Accounts

Adult accounts are for parents and caregivers. Children use parent-created profiles and do not receive independent accounts, email addresses, or public profiles.

Educational Use

Dearly Learned provides early-learning practice and progress summaries. It is not a school record system, diagnostic service, medical service, or substitute for professional educational advice.

Safe And Lawful Use

Adults must protect their sign-in method and may not attempt to access another family, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use child-facing features to collect information outside the intended profile fields.

Content And Availability

Game software, curriculum, artwork, and audio remain Dearly Learned property or licensed material. Features may change as learning activities are tested, corrected, and released.

Ending Use

A family owner can delete child profiles and progress. Final account-closure, retention, suspension, and appeal terms will be added before public release.

Changes To These Terms

Material changes affecting child information or parental choices require a new notice and, when required, renewed parental consent before the changed collection begins.
