Get help signing in, managing child profiles, and using Dearly Learned.

Sign-In Help

On iPhone or iPad, use Sign In With Apple, Continue With Google, or request a private email sign-in link. Email links must be opened on the device where Dearly Learned is installed.

Choose The Correct Player

Dearly Learned asks who is playing after a cold launch and after the app has remained in the background for five minutes. A parent can reset an optional four-digit child selection PIN.

Playing Offline

Bundled games, prompt audio, drawing, and saved progress continue to work offline. Pending progress synchronizes after the device reconnects.

Account And Child Data

Open the protected Parent Area to review progress, export a child's information, archive a profile, or permanently delete the profile and its progress.
