Private Family Beta
Parent Consent Notice
Before any child profile is created, Dearly Learned will ask an authenticated adult to review this direct notice and complete the approved parental-consent method.
Private Beta Parent Consent Is Available
An authenticated family owner can review this notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms Of Use inside the native Parent Area. Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode confirms the action before the versioned consent record is saved.
Public release remains blocked until the final operator details, privacy contact, retention schedule, COPPA method, and App Store disclosures complete responsible review.
What We Want To Collect
- A child's first name, whole-number age, grade, generic animal avatar, favorite color, and optional PIN-enabled state.
- Learning results: completed symbols, answer results, attempt counts, stage completion, and last-played information.
- A random app-scoped device event identifier and limited child-play session information used for reliable offline synchronization.
Why We Want To Use It
Dearly Learned uses this information only to show the correct learning path, remember each child's progress, resume games across devices, protect child-profile selection, and let parents review or manage the family's information.
What We Do Not Ask A Child To Provide
No birthday, child email, photo, voice recording, contacts, precise location, payment data, advertising identifier, or retained raw handwriting is requested. Drawing strokes are matched locally and discarded.
Service Providers And Disclosure
Authentication and hosting providers process the limited information needed to operate Dearly Learned. Apple or Google processes an adult's sign-in when that parent selects the matching provider. A production email provider will deliver private sign-in links. Dearly Learned does not sell child information, use it for advertising, or disclose it for behavioral tracking.
Supabase provides authentication and protected family data storage. Social sign-in is offered only to authenticated adults, never as a child account. The final public notice will identify the approved legal operator and any additional provider categories before public release.
Your Choices And Continuing Rights
- Do not consent; no child profile will be created.
- Review and export a child's saved profile and progress.
- Archive or permanently delete a child and the child's progress.
- Revoke consent and stop future collection through the protected Parent Area or the approved privacy contact.
How Consent Is Recorded
The private-beta flow records the authenticated adult, family, consent version and time, Privacy Policy acknowledgement, Terms Of Use acknowledgement, and the native parent-attestation method.
Private Beta Version: 2026-09-01.private-beta.v2. This authorizes child-profile creation for authenticated private-beta families only.
